Your Inspiration

is needed!

We see fear, hateful rhetoric, environmental disasters, and atrocities inflicted on humanity, by humanity throughout the world. We are experiencing the highest outpouring of negative energy ever. A tsunami level event targeted at ourselves.

How does it make you feel when you sit down and watch the news in the evening? A tinge of anger, frustration, a belief that it’s not your fault, and there’s nothing you could do about it if it was?

I am here to tell you a truth as I understand it.

It’s not going to make you feel warm and fluffy, not at first, but it will empower you if you read to the end.

Who is creating the troubles we find our little world in?

We are. Every one of us.

Our thinking is the reason we are surrounded by fear and hate. Our combined thinking is the reason we are at war. Our thinking is why.

We, the people, are spewing forth a flood of poison on the world thinking it will protect us.

We cannot buy our way out of this. We cannot negotiate our way out of it. We cannot vote our way out of it.

But we can change it.

How one person thinks, feels, acts, day to day, affects those around them.

Haven’t you been on a train, or a plane, or in a bar where one person’s negative influence saturates the atmosphere. It’s toxic.

Now think how seven billion people thinking negative thoughts and experiencing negative feelings every day, almost every minute of every day, are going to affect the world?

And what about the effects of positivity?

Think how absorbing it is being around someone overflowing with positiveness. You can’t help but smile and feel energized.   

So, where do these feelings come from?

Feelings come from within. It is a decision to be either negative or positive.

No matter what is going on out there, the change must be made within before it manifests in the world around us.

This is the greatest opportunity in history.  

Our fears are already out in our conscious awareness, waiting for us to let them go. Anything negative that shows up is like a guardian angel urging you to give it up.

We cannot get rid of them if we don’t know they’re there, right? How can you deal with a pain if it’s hidden in your subconscious, if you don’t know it exists?

We have the opportunity to better ourselves and our planet if we address these pains, these negatives influences, these fears.

If each person reading this addressed their own fears for just a short time each day, would it have an effect on the world?

It would affect everything. Think of the potential. Think of what could happen?

It is extraordinary what we are capable of if we make an effort from the heart.

We are capable of changing the world.

But how can we do it?

How can we address our fears and turn it around?

First, we must accept responsibility for how it is now.

Everyone reading this has at some time experienced and expressed fear, hurled negativity, anger, hurt or frustration at someone or some thing.

By taking responsibility, we empower ourselves to change it. 

If it’s always someone else’s fault, we disempower ourselves. It’s then no longer in our power to make a difference.

Second, be clear about what you want.

Most of us focus on what we don’t want and don’t even know we’re doing it.

Third, do what you can to inspire just one other person without wanting anything in return. Try to do this once a week, or once every other week.

Do whatever it takes to lift them up so they can see which direction they need to go. By doing this, you will find inspiration.

Fourth, take action. Decide to do this, not tomorrow, but now, today.

Write these simple steps down and keep doing them.  


There are many options available to make a difference of course.

Meditation to clear the mind, yoga, martial arts, light and sound technologies, consciousness technologies such as brain wave entrainment, Heartmath Institute, books by Dr Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, Tony Robbins, can all lift us up. For me, it’s the release technique. I study it, try to live by it, and practice it daily. But there really is no wrong answer here.

We got ourselves in to this. We created this level of fear. We can get ourselves out.

But it only works if we make an effort and do it.

Do what feels right to you. Don’t listen to the naysayers. Realize that from every negative thought, event or belief, there is an opportunity to become a seed of hope and optimism. Don’t give in to fear.
